MTS, the biggest mobile operator in Russia got teamed up with Google for the growth in the use of mobile Internet. Also, it will get a share of advertising revenues for the search site in Russia.
According to reports, MTS would be showcasing voice search of Google in the retail stores and its ad campaigns.
Further, in the Google’s Android-based smartphones that are sold in the retail chain of MTS, an application would be pre-installed on their main screen.
Under a revenue-sharing scheme, the cost of mobile Internet promotion would be shared with Google and would get money from Google’s search services.
