● Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
● Screening, monitoring, and approving rich content by exercising own judgment in alignment with our Community and Moderation Guidelines.
● Ensuring that all information and data upload won’t violate intellectual property rights
● Ensure that should contain inappropriate language that may scare away, users
● Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date
● Keeping content focused on the interests of the targeted audience
● Participate in creating and contributing to safety and moderation policies
● Respond professionally to the feedback or posts from the audience
● Implement the online content strategy that works best for company and community
● Partner with Legal, Engineering and Messenger teams to improve moderation efficiency and effectiveness
Skills and Experience :
● Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
● Online blogging experience
● More than 1+ years of skillful experience
● Knowledge of online legal issues and the technical workaround of a website
● Strong ability to edit, filter and moderate the content
● Reviewing and discussing content which seemed inappropriate for users
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, and a proactive approach
● Experience dealing with offensive or mature images and subject matter
● Detail oriented and have an eye for spotting something wrong/inappropriate
● Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally
● Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly
● Patience, empathy and maturity with the ability to stay calm under pressure
