Job Description:
♦ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or marketing
♦ Ability to generate 3 to 4 leads per day
♦ Knowledge of HTML Analytics and Google Analytics
♦ Excellent copywriting skills
♦ Experience in sales, brand management or advertising will be preferred
♦ Ability to work as per the timings of the target market (for example, US timings)
♦ Familiarity with database and analytical tools
♦ Capability to work for multiple projects (like SEO, translation, HR etc.) simultaneously
♦ Capability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
♦ Experience in working for international customers, specifically for UK, Australia, Canada and USA markets
Skills/Experience
♦ Generate quality and genuine leads per month
♦ Data mining and database development
♦ Implementing best practices of email marketing, such as frequency, segmenting, targeting and deliverability
♦ Devise a unique content strategy and coordinate with the in-house content writer, in order to produce engaging email content.
♦ Exploring global market and identifying the potential clients.
♦ Understand the business rules and create campaigns accordingly for SEO, Translation, HR, Mobile App, Web Development and Travel domain.
♦ Online data searching tracking and evaluating the results of email campaign.
♦ Precise attention towards the client feedback.
♦ Implementing remarketing strategies
♦ Proofread and edit emails for grammar accuracy, clarity and spelling
♦ Responsible for MVT Testing and A/B Testing on multiple email campaigns
♦ Prepare detailed monthly report on total sales revenue generated through email campaigns.
♦ Provide effective results, when working in a team or independently.
♦ Creating newsletters that would include all the latest company updates.
♦ Acquiring IT contacts for different Mobile or Web based Applications.
♦ Keeping a track of lead conversion rates and making necessary changes or improvements in the email campaign.
♦ Ensure mobile-friendly email templates.
♦ Help the company raise brand awareness via precise management of product/ services and brand campaigns.
♦ Upgrading email templates using personalization, graphics and varied advanced features.
♦ Evaluating competitor data, market conditions and customer research.
♦ Minimizing unsubscribes by quick communication with clients through email.
